- WEATHER CONDITIONS: Dawn arrives in BREST with cloudy skies and a light wind from SW.
- EVENTS: Throughout the day, our work is focused on preparing the boat to go out to sea, including communication systems, loading food and water, supplies, etc. At night, the whole team meets up at a thank-you dinner given to show our gratitude to everyone who has worked with us and the technicians in Brest, who seem to have grown to like us a bit after a month and a half of putting up with us. After dinner, we continue to work on board, and the next morning we curiously wake up to find that someone has “decorated” our container. Did we look a little stressed out to them?
